Right around the corner from us! An affiliate of Crossfit, BTB is an open source athletic training program which incorporates exercises from multiple disciplines including gymnastics, weightlifting and plyometric/sprint training.
PATH TRAILS - Freedom Parkway
Whether you are a jogger, walker or cyclist, the trails are paved paths perfect for either. There are several different trails to choose from depending on the distance you would like to go. Please go to pathfoundation.org to plan your route!
PIEDMONT PARK - 1320 Monroe Dr
A beautiful place to visit with many activities to help keep you in shape. The Love You Healthy Series offers Spoga, a combination of spinning and yoga as well as, Spin N' Splash which combines spinning and water aerobics. In addition to the series, the park has several wallking/jogging trails, bike/skate trails and an amazing aquatic center. If you would like to ride a bike through the park and do not have one on hand, no worries, you can rent a bike from Skate Escape for as little as $6 an hour.
